Film submission deadlines:

Early: December 5, 2014 ($15 USD)
Regular: January 3, 2015 ($35 USD)
Late: January 27, 2015 ($50 USD)

Films are to be submitted through the Visions5 Film Freeway. All films must be submitted as password protected Vimeo link.

Abstract Submission Deadline:

All abstracts are due by January 6, 2015 (no submission fee)

All presentation proposals must be submitted to using the presentation proposal form found at the bottom of this page.

Submission Methods

How To Submit Films

Note: Please be sure to read the rules and terms before submitting your work. All film submissions will be entered via our Film Freeway page. If your film is selected, we will request a copy of your film as an H.264 .mov file. Please send any technical questions to

  1. Create a Film Freeway account at (
  2. Add your project to your account. Please be sure to fill out all of the information that is presented to you during this process.
  3. Click “Save Project.”
  4. Add a digital screener option by entering a password-protected Vimeo link.
  5. Find us on Film Freeway!
  6. Submit your film.
  7. Send an email to with a subject line that reads “Film Submission: Name of Your Film” that addresses the following:
    1. The school in which you are enrolled
    2. Your year of graduation
    3. Please include photo proof of your Student Identification Card.


How To Submit Papers

Note: Please be sure to read the rules and terms before submitting your work. If your abstract is selected, we will ask for the complete paper. If your paper is selected, you will be asked to present your work at our event. Please send any questions to

  3. Complete the form and save it to your desktop (Note: You must have Adobe Reader XI or a later version to successfully complete and save the form).
  4. Send an email to with the following documents:
    1. Completed Presentation Proposal Form (PDF)
    2. An Abstract (in a Microsoft Word document)
    3. An Author Bio (in a Microsoft Word document)
    4. Photo proof of your Student Identification Card
